Delivery and collection

Delivery charges are calculated according to distance. Enter the delivery address or area during checkout, or share it on WhatsApp, so E.M.S Glamour can confirm the applicable charge.

The website does not publish a fixed delivery fee because no approved distance table or automatic calculation method has been supplied.

Delivery timing is confirmed with each order. No dispatch or arrival date should be treated as guaranteed until E.M.S Glamour confirms it directly.

Customers are responsible for sharing a usable delivery location and a reachable contact number. Use the order notes for helpful landmarks or access instructions.

Collection is available from Room 104, 1st Floor, Hungwe House, between 1st Street and 2nd Street, along Jason Moyo Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling to the shop.

If a delivery location or collection arrangement needs to change, contact E.M.S Glamour as soon as possible. The team will confirm what can be adjusted.
